- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the home or business. We offer Military and first responders discounts as well as bundle discounts for multiple services started. We aim to provide comprehensive services for a lower price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we make contact, we will set up an inspection at the location asap. Once on site, we will offer our recommendations and can typically start services immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 2 Certified applicators and an ACE(Accredited Certified Entomologist) on staff. We are members of the TPCA and NPMA. We have 28 years total experience in the industry.
