FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water Damage (Insurance Claims): We work directly with all insurance carriers and structure our pricing using industry-standard estimating software (Xactimate) aligned with the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This ensures your claim is accurate, defensible, and consistent with what insurance companies expect. No work begins without a signed agreement Clear scope and pricing before any demolition or drying starts We advocate for proper scope—not shortcuts that lead to future issues Mold Testing & Remediation (Texas-Regulated): Texas has strict state regulations for mold work, and for good reason. Improper handling can create health risks and cause major problems during future home sales. We follow all Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) guidelines Mold testing is performed by licensed third-party professionals Remediation is completed under proper protocols and documentation ⚠️ Important: Anyone performing mold testing or remediation without proper Texas licensing is operating outside the law and may put you at risk—both medically and financially. Fees & Transparency: Standard service call / inspection fees may apply depending on job type Detailed, line-item estimates provided for all projects No hidden charges—everything is documented and explained
