Mark Eastin has good communication skills and was timely in dispatching an employee to diagnose my HVAC once called upon. His pricing seems fair, just keep in mind that beyond the diagnostic fee he charges $21.25 per 15 mins; because this can add up quickly, I made sure his team didn't sweep or vacuum or waste time in other ways. Repair went fine. A few months later the unit failed again. When I went up to look at the unit I found a blown capacitor. The problem was the capacitor was sitting in the box and the box had caught fire - which then melted 8 wires in a harness above the box. Turns out that leaving the box in there is against code. When I spoke to the owner of the hvac company he acted like it was normal. Poor customer service poor quality of work

I was deciding between a few contractors and bruno came out to give me a quote he diagnosed the issue and told me the underlying issues and suggested I needed a new unit. He was professional and on time and gave me a firm estimate and didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't need. He provided the standard warranty on equipment with an additional labor warranty (2 years instead of 1) and included a 2 year maintenance. I'm glad I went with him as I'm happy with my new HVAC unit. If you are undecided with who to go with. I would recommend this company. You may find other vendors dropping their prices to get your business but you will end up paying for other things in the long run

I contacted Jose to fix my HVAC unit that broke randomly. Before him, I had a big repair company guy take a look who did a quick diagnosis and said my compressor broke and I need to replace it. I have warranty so I wasn't too worried but I felt a bit suspicious and hired Jose for a second opinion. Jose came on time and found the real cause (faulty SafeT switch and also drainage plumbing getting blocked) and fixed it. In the mean time, since I bought an upgraded Tstat that actually made things a bit more complicated, but Jose took the time and worked non-stop for almost an entire day to get it right and fix it. I greatly admire his work ethic and honesty and recommend him 100%.

After spending $969.00 on multiple site visits and trusting the company to efficiently diagnose and attempt to 'fix' our HVAC system, we were left with a final diagnosis that logically should have been an item checked during the initial site visit. If that ‘trouble shooting’ sequence had been followed, much of our eventual cost (possibly 90%) could have been avoided. The final determination that the compressors motor's start-up amperage was high, and thus the motor needed to be replaced should have been part of the initial investigation. That would have ended further investigation because compressor replacement cost (parts & labor) would be so high that a total system replacement is the best option – regardless of what other faults exist. I must ask myself, why did the company not test the compressor draw current in the first visit? Instead, we spent money on a leak investigation, replacement of the thermostat and replacement/enlargement of the return air duct. At each stage the technicians thought that the proposed remedy may fix the problem! All that additional effort was unnecessary. We paid for a second opinion, that diagnosis placed the problem in the control system safeties and impending fan motor failure. We still need a new system but found out after an initial $70 visit. I am an extremely unsatisfied customer and I feel like a victim of deceit.
