Installation of a ceiling fan with extension bar. Tony came by on the 16th of Oct. He looked at the high ceiling and told me that the extension bar I had bought was not long enough to clear a beam in the room. I advised him that he could take the extension bar I had purchased and exchange it for the necessary 24". He told me he also only had a five foot ladder with him and that he would have to see if it was at his shop or if his son had it in the Andrews area. He took the 12" extension with him and said he would be back on the 19th. I called him on the 19th and left a message on his cell phone that the install of my new floor was not going to be completed until the 20th. I never received a return call from Tony and he still has the extension rod I had purchased. I made another attempt to make contact with him and got the same results......NOT VERY DEPENDABLE OR COURTEOUS IN MY OPINION. Will not use this service again.
