Steve and Nita replaced two water heaters in my attic. They were able to schedule my job earlier than other contractors and were priced very competitively. I purchased the water heaters in advance and they picked them up for me and arrived at my home on time. The installation was performed in a matter of hours and I was happy with the quality of their work and the cleanliness of the job.
Mike and his guys did an outstanding job with a large installation in my home. They moved and hung 3 large TV's, installed 11 pairs of ceiling speakers, installed 6 keypads, took care of my electrical and networking needs and expertly set up my rack system so that everything looks and performs flawlessly. The team was professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. They also worked *really* hard to get the job done within my schedule and in concert with the other contractors working in my home - working late into the evening to get the job done. Mike offered expert advice on speaker placement, power and network configuration. The result was a set of systems that work perfectly, look great and sound spectacular. Highly recommended!
I saw that The Concrete Colorist is the top rated decorative concrete company in DFW. It was easy to give them a 5 star rating as our floors look amazing.we had another company do our floors first. We should of know the price was too good to be true. The Concrete Colorist repaired our floors and explained the whole process along the way. We have had many contractors help us on our remodel , but these guys have been the best by far. They were highly recommended to us and I can highly recommend them to you.
We needed a contractor to remodel our front and back porches and also to underpin both porches. Even though they ran into some problems with the structures due to previous owners DIY work they persisted and fixed the problems and built the porch railings, new posts, and underpinning just the way we wanted. So many contractors want to do it their way and I love the fact that they realized it was my dime not theirs. The only "con" I could add is they need to work on their scheduling a bit but when you're new and trying really hard to get your name out there it's kind of hard to turn away jobs. I know because I have been there done that. "All In The Family" transformed our home from plain vanilla to warm and welcoming! Always wanted a home with that farmhouse appeal and now we have it! (Check out the before and after photos.) Now all we have to do now is get off our backsides, figure out what color/colors to paint and get our new black shutters installed. LOL Steve, Dawn and Duane are eager to please, wonderfully pleasant "Christian" people and relatively new in this area so give them chance and give them a call, you'll be glad you did.
Let me begin by saying that I'm an EXTREMELY discerning person when it comes to selecting someone to decorate, repair or renovate portions of my home. In addition, I work long hours and travel a good bit, so I don't have a lot of spare time to spend following up with people, ensuring they stay on track with a specific job, etc. This particular job involved repairing what I thought was pretty extensive drywall damage that popped up following foundation repair last winter; in addition, I wanted the living room and dining room painted. After having several contractors come by to view the job, I was getting increasingly frustrated; they were a terrible combination of condescending, rushed, dismissive and potentially dishonest (one guy told me I'd probably need to remove an entire wall. OK, sure.) When I contacted Demterius, he arranged to come view the job the same day and was very thorough in his evaluation. As it turned out, I didn't really have a drywall problem so much--I had a LOT of split and peeling paint with a few deeper cracks thrown in for good measure. he was very honest in his assessment and assured me that things weren't as dire as they appeared. Also, and perhaps most importantly, Demterius was courteous, friendly, polite and displayed a great sense of humor...that goes a long way with me. Once we settled on a price--which was UTTERLY REASONABLE--we scheduled the work, and we were on our way. Probably the single most impressive aspect of this experience is that the day Demetrius was supposed to start work, we were in the midst of a record-breaking cold snap that slowed down his previous job and caused it to run long. Rather than calling me to reschedule, he came to my house to personally apologize for the delay and reschedule for the very next morning. Nice! Once the work commenced, it was truly astounding; the repairs to the cracks have rendered them invisible (and some of them were LARGE), and the paint job has completely transformed this house into a much more contemporary, sophisticated home; it was built in the 80's, and there's quite a bit of ugliness we're exorcising. Demetrius has the steady hand of a surgeon and the eye of an artist--I can't recommend him strongly enough, and I'll definitely be using his services for the multiple projects on my agenda for the next year.
Dustin was very responsive to my request and was able to get his contractor out the very next day. His drywall contractor, Mark, was professional and friendly. I asked him to come back for some additional work.
When we decided to build our retirement home, I research several contractors and spoke to many happy customers of TR Construction. Rick,Tyna and Alex delivered on time and budget. What was amazing was that there was no need for a punch list! Excellent craftsmanship and service. Best decision I made!
