The Pro, Chris Quillan, is very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. He was very upfront about the inspection fee. (No games, tricks, or added charges as some others seem to do.) I also like that he communicated direct with me instead of having some call center in the Philippines or India do it for him. In addition, his webpage indicates that termiteinspection is included. This pro is highly recommended - good value for service, and I’ll definitely use him again when I need another inspection.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on square footage. Obviously the bigger the square footage the longer the inspection will take. I also do a termite inspection for every client. A termite inspection alone can cost up to $100., I include that in my service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I visit with a client I will get some details about the inspection, agree on a day and time and typically like the client to show up at the end of the inspection so I can go over things that I will be putting in the report. Inspections take a minimum of 2 hours and I will get the report out to my clients the same day. I will also send out information before the inspection that will outline what I do during an inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained at Champions School of Real Estate. It took me about 6 months to finish my training and I followed it up with a WDI (wood destroying insect) certification. All home inspectors in Texas must be certified through TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). My TREC certification # is 23938. My WDI certification # is .
