I hired this company for biweekly lawn maintenance. After only three visits, they increased their price from $30 to $40, citing rising gas prices. We eventually agreed on $35 per visit.
Unfortunately, their reliability was a bigger issue than their pricing. They had multiple no-call, no-shows and failed to communicate when they could not make scheduled appointments. On one occasion, they claimed they were sick after I reached out, but never followed up to reschedule.
If you’re going to operate a business, showing up for scheduled appointments and communicating with your customers should be the bare minimum. I have no interest in chasing down a company to pay them for a service.
Thankfully, I found another lawn care provider who is reliable and professional. Problem solved.
Would not recommend this company if you value your time and expect dependable service.
