This is the second time that JB Pressure Washing services my home due to routine home washing to ensure top quality. Juan also assisted us in repairing multiples patches in our home caused by the recent storm as well as painting my son’s room. Juan did such a great job painting our bathroom that we asked him to assist with other areas of the house, primarily the ceiling areas where we had water stains from a leaky AC unit. He was able to come up with viable solutions that prevented the need of replacing Sheetrock when it wasn’t necessary. He was responsive to all questions and gave multiple options ultimately allowing us to decide how to proceed based on multiple quotes/options. The only reason I did not give him five stars was that he was a bit lacking in punctuality, but we made it work. I enjoyed working with him and I would definitely hire him again.
