Jay by is by far one of the most professional individuals I have ever came across. He is extremely knowledgeable in what he is doing and as soon as I explained my internet situation he was able to help me out tremendously. I have a fairly new home that was hardwired to have direct internet in most rooms but nobody showed me how to attach or connect to it. When I got my internet service installed by xfinity at the time they weren’t able to get the connections to work. So all I could have was wifi throughout my home. Well then the problem I ran into was not having good signal throughout the home. Even with using the eeros web still had signal dropping from one end of the home to the other. Jay came in and immediately knew what it would take to fix the situation. I got three UAPs Ubiquiti and my signal throughout the home is miraculous. It was so good that I decided I could finally install security cameras throughout the home since I finally had signal that would allow cameras to actually work. My family and myself appreciate you very much Jay.

Jay did a great job in organizing and connecting all of my Ethernet cables. I initially hired him to drop a new Ethernet line to my office as well, however, he was able to locate an existing connection and move it to where it was accessible. He provided advice on how to better setup my wifi and left everything looking very nice and neat. Now my I can make use of all the Ethernet connections throughout my house. I plan on hiring him for installation of security cameras in the future.
