very responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, very good at explaining what was wrong with our refrigerator and what was needed to fix it, willing to go out of his way to get the needed parts and repair it within two days, friendly and understandable, price very reasonable. We will always use him for appliance repair.

Our whirlpool washer’s suspension was broken, causing the machine to be unlevel during the spin cycle. Josh was responsive and came out when asked. He had to return the next day with the part to complete the job. Repairs done quickly and it’s fixed.

I would hire JG Appliance Repair again for issues related to my washer and dryer. Josh was knowledgeable, professional, and explained things in a helpful way. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because he arrived about 20 minutes outside of the arrival window.
