Josh was great! I called to have my fridge repaired, and he was at my house in 2 hours. If id called earlier in the day it would have been same day service, but he was back next day with the part and got it fixed easy. 10/10

My washing machine was not working properly, leaking grease, and throwing error codes while spinning. I talked to Josh on the phone and described the problem that I saw in detail. He told me that it would be a major repair and would essentially cost more than half of what a new washer would sell for. I opted to buy a new one. It's refreshing that I got an honest answer even though it cost him a repair job. I will definitely call again next time I need appliance repair. Thanks.
