Bradley is phenomenal. His worth product is extraordinary and his work ethic superseded my expectation. I needed several tasks completed as it related to my work computer set-up as well as my MAC. He completed EVERYTHING under the timeframe I expected, so I asked him to help (well he worked...I watched) me set-up my printer. He was more than willing and it didn't take him no time. I am not computer savvy as it relates to set up, adding and deleting program, etc.! I explained that to Bradley and his response was, ”It is okay.” He showed me how to use the programs that I would be utilizing daily and set-up things that should have been set-up LAST YEAR when I purchased the computer😒 I believe in the power of networking and thrilled to have Bradley as my ”new tech guy.”

My gaming desktop was close to nonfunctional before seeking help (constantly crashing with BSOD and incredibly slow internet). Bradley helped fix all problems and helped reinstall and update all the necessary drivers required. Phenomenal job and stuck with the work for hours on end to fix the computer.

Bradley was awesome. Although we weren’t able to resolve the problem (hardware issue) he spent hours with me well into the evening trying everything he could. The guy is a saint. And a vet. But I repeat myself.

    Bachelor of Science Degree in Cyber Security Associates Degree Networking System’s administration

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started cleaning computers in Iraq when I was deployed with the Army. It then evolved into me pursuing my Associates in Networking and BS degree in Cyber Security. Now I have my own business and work hard to fix any problem that Comes my way.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Don’t hire kids be careful when letting someone work on your PC. If they are to cheap it might be a sign they are not legit. Be weary all.
