Bradley quickly started trying to solve my computer problem. He purchased anew storage to back up my files from my kaput old computer. He determined my old computer wasn’t worth repairing and so he is helping me find a new one. He is professional and I felt comfortable with him working at my home. I’m super glad I found him!!

Bradly is the best I have ever worked with computers. I was very nervous going to Windows 10 as I heard of the bad stories & experiences. Bradly made it so easy & explained everything. If I didn’t understand a step he would go back & show me what he did. There was not one time he was frustrated at me. He enjoyed me asking questions as that is the only way one can learn. Bachelor of Science Degree in Cyber Security Associates Degree Networking System’s administration
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning computers in Iraq when I was deployed with the Army. It then evolved into me pursuing my Associates in Networking and BS degree in Cyber Security. Now I have my own business and work hard to fix any problem that Comes my way.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don’t hire kids be careful when letting someone work on your PC. If they are to cheap it might be a sign they are not legit. Be weary all.
