- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat price based on your home's size and gutter length, quoted upfront before any work starts. No hidden fees. Homes with gutter guards take extra time, so they're priced a bit higher.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me your address and any details (gutter guards, problem spots). I'll quote you a flat price, we pick a day that works for you, and I take care of the rest: gutters cleaned, downspouts flushed, everything cleaned up, and before-and-after photos sent when I'm done.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask whether downspouts are included, and whether cleanup is included, and most importantly, whether they'll send before-and-after photos. You can't see inside your gutters from the ground, so photos are the only way to know the job was actually done.
