Supplies — Underlayment, transitions, adhesives and any additional materials needed for a clean professional install. Step 2 — We come to you We schedule a free in-home visit and bring flooring samples directly to your home. You see everything in your own lighting, next to your own furniture — no showroom guessing games. Step 3 — We measure & plan We measure your space, walk through your options, and answer every question honestly. No pressure, no rush. Step 4 — You get a clear estimate We send you a detailed estimate, so you know exactly what everything costs before you commit to anything. Step 5 — We install Once you're ready, we schedule your installation. Same day and next day options available. Our crew shows up on time, works clean, and doesn't leave until the job is done right. Step 6 — You enjoy your new floors We clean up completely and leave you with a beautiful floor backed by our workmanship warranty. That's it. No runaround. No surprises. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in flooring didn't come from a classroom — it came from 25 years of hands-on experience installing, refinishing, and restoring floors in hundreds of homes and businesses across the Houston area. Before focusing exclusively on Selah Floors, I built my leadership foundation by successfully raising 3 companies as a General Manager — developing the operational discipline, customer service standards, and business acumen that I bring to every single project today. Over the years I've worked with every major flooring type — luxury vinyl plank, hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, carpet, natural stone, and commercial flooring. That real-world experience means I can look at any space and know exactly what will work, what won't, and why. I stay current with the latest products, installation techniques, and industry standards by working directly with top distributors including MSI Surfaces, Lawson Floors, and RW Supply — giving my customers access to premium materials at competitive prices.
