- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and we try to keep it at the best possible level to ensure the consumer is getting the best service and talent they deserve. We are not focused on offering the lowest price because that would not enable us to offer excellent craftsmanship and true quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will offer an online quote if so desired or we will meet with customer at the property for onsite assessment. Once quote is accepted we will work with client to set the date for work. We offer to work with client in selection of paint color, sheen, and brand if assistance is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of the owners has painted for over 30 years and has owned, managed, and maintained a large number of rental properties. Both owners are currently managers for major corporations, one in the Health Insurance industry and the other in the OIL and Gas Industry. Holding a BS and MBA in business both believe in flawless execution of all activities and a seamless customer service experience.
