I rarely write reviews, but exceptional service deserves recognition.
I posted a junk removal request and received responses from several companies. Mason with Clean Out Junk Removal stood out immediately. Instead of simply sending a quote, he picked up the phone and called me directly.
His first words were something along the lines of, “Ma’am, I would like the opportunity to do this job.”
That level of initiative, confidence, and professionalism caught my attention right away.
Within an hour of our conversation, Mason was onsite and getting to work. The property had a significant amount of debris and trash that needed to be removed quickly before it became a larger issue. He showed up when he said he would, worked efficiently, and completed the job exactly as promised.
In today's world, it is refreshing to see a young entrepreneur demonstrate this level of work ethic, urgency, and customer service. He was respectful, communicative, and clearly takes pride in his business.
