- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by volume, so you only pay for the space your junk takes up in our truck. We provide free, no-obligation estimates with upfront pricing before any work begins—no hidden fees. Our pricing includes labor, loading, transportation, and proper disposal. We also offer discounts for multiple loads, repeat customers, and larger cleanout projects whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple. Customers can send us photos for a quick estimate to our number or schedule a free on-site quote. Once we confirm the price, we’ll schedule a convenient pickup—often the same day or next day. Our crew arrives on time, removes all unwanted items safely, cleans up the area, and ensures you’re completely satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in junk removal, demolition, property cleanouts, and safe material handling. We follow industry best practices to protect your property while working efficiently. Customer satisfaction, professionalism, and safety are our top priorities on every job.
