We recently had two valves replaced, two broken water pipes fixed, plus many other repairs done by Top Notch Sprinkler, we are very happy with their service. Our technician Reyes went above and beyond to fix our sprinkler system and we were super impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. We hired two other sprinkler technicians before, but they couldn't identify the root cause of my wiring system. My sprinkler system has 6 zones and previously I couldn't use them because of running water plus issues with the wires, now all 6 zones work like a charm! Don't need to manually water the lawn at night and get bitten by vicious Texas insects anymore!! I'd definitely use their service in the future and recommended them to anyone!

I received a prompt response from David and he came by within an hour from my contact. David and his sidekick went to work right away, diagnosing the problem with his scanner in addition to digging up some dirt. He discovered a cut cable by previous fence repair contractor, and quickly fixed the issue. He also replaced a few sprinkler heads that were damaged. The cost was extremely reasonable, compared to a quote I got from another company earlier in the day. He did not try to upsell me anything, just fixed the problem. I will definitely use David again.

Issa is God sent! I sent him a message to take a look at the sprinkler system I have in my house which stopped working. He immediately responded even when it was already past 1030 pm. He accommodated me right away and was in the house the following day in the morning. He was very organized as to how to diagnose the problem. He did a step by step troubleshooting and not leaving you behind because he was explaining what and where the problem is and how it needs to be solved. Seriously, he can be a teacher/ instructor for this job. He is very knowledgeable and very understanding of your situation. I was asking for a discount because I just got the house and have to do a number of repairs and am short on money and he understood and gave me a very good discount. I have gained a friend and he will always be my go to person when I have problems or issues with the sprinkler system. He is very honest and trustworthy. He is an excellent worker and your money goes a long way because he fixes the problem. He even saw a ground wire just hanging and said he will fix it if only he had the part needed. Well he said he will when he comes back. Issa you are absolutely amazing and stellar at the job that you do. Thumbtack customers, Issa is someone you want to do your sprinkler job. As a matter of fact I have already scheduled to get my sprinkler system switched over for WiFi so I can control it on the app thru my phone.
