- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Glass Doctor's has upfront pricing. The cost of service is estimated at a fix labor and material costs. You are not charged any additional labor if the task goes beyond the prescribed time span. However, any issues discovered during the process that cannot be determined before the start of the task (i.e., structural issues, water damage, etc.) will result in additional cost to mitigate the issue. This cost may be paid to other service providers not Glass Doctor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers are required to pay a 50% down payment to cover the purchase of materials specific to your service. The remainder of the invoice is due upon completion of the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Glass Doctor Technicians undergo advanced training by corporate and manufacturers' representatives. This training provides in depth knowledge and in some cases, certifications proper removal, installation, and or adjustments to ensure an extended lifecycle of the product.
