The process from beginning to end was A1. The owner even acknowledged my military association just through idel conversation and provide 10% off bid. I received a call the same day to schedule 3 glass pane replacement and was scheduled 2 days later. My window tech was Charles, very professional , cleaned up after himself and very respectful of property. I log them into my phone as MY WINDOW CO.

Selling our home and had something come up with a window and the balances. I tried fixing it myself. Made it better, then worse and then managed to get it closed by removing the balances. At this point I did not want to have it stuck open again by trying to fix it myself again. So I called Glass Doctor this morning, they showed up the same day and had my window working in about twenty minutes. Luckily I didn't need to order replacement parts. Nathan Prevost and their apprentice were polite and courteous of my wife being on a work meeting right by the window. They were upfront about costs and explained everything clearly. Will definitely contact them again without hesitation if I have any window issue in the future. Thanks again y'all!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Glass Doctor's has upfront pricing. The cost of service is estimated at a fix labor and material costs. You are not charged any additional labor if the task goes beyond the prescribed time span. However, any issues discovered during the process that cannot be determined before the start of the task (i.e., structural issues, water damage, etc.) will result in additional cost to mitigate the issue. This cost may be paid to other service providers not Glass Doctor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers are required to pay a 50% down payment to cover the purchase of materials specific to your service. The remainder of the invoice is due upon completion of the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Glass Doctor Technicians undergo advanced training by corporate and manufacturers' representatives. This training provides in depth knowledge and in some cases, certifications proper removal, installation, and or adjustments to ensure an extended lifecycle of the product.
