Colin Walker and Jayson Valencia did a great job of repairing seven windows at our house for us. They were very pleasant and professional while carrying out their work. In one case the replacement glass they had brought out did not fit correctly so it had to be reordered and replace a few days later at no additional cost. This situation was handled in a very efficient manner. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and will plan use utilize their services for any future glass repair/replacement needs that I have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Glass Doctor's has upfront pricing. The cost of service is estimated at a fix labor and material costs. You are not charged any additional labor if the task goes beyond the prescribed time span. However, any issues discovered during the process that cannot be determined before the start of the task (i.e., structural issues, water damage, etc.) will result in additional cost to mitigate the issue. This cost may be paid to other service providers not Glass Doctor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers are required to pay a 50% down payment to cover the purchase of materials specific to your service. The remainder of the invoice is due upon completion of the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Glass Doctor Technicians undergo advanced training by corporate and manufacturers' representatives. This training provides in depth knowledge and in some cases, certifications proper removal, installation, and or adjustments to ensure an extended lifecycle of the product.
