As a dry hire bartender, Latina Spirits ATX provides all equipment, mixers, garnishes & service—you supply alcohol & ice. 4-hour minimum for events. Flat rates from $50/hr. or packages 10% off for early bookings. 20% gratuity appreciated (optional).

Latina Spirits ATX follows a streamlined, client-focused process to ensure seamless events from inquiry to cleanup. Initial Contact Quick response within 1-2 hours to discuss event details, guest count, theme, and budget. Planning Phase Collaborate on custom cocktail menu, confirm dry hire needs (you provide alcohol/ice), and finalize contract with 50% deposit to book. TABC-certified setup reviewed for compliance. Event Day Arrive 45min early for pristine setup, serve with smile and spirits expertise, manage bar flow, and clean up completely on time. Follow-Up Send thank-you note with photos/recipes, request review, and welcome repeat bookings with 10% discount.

TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification ensure responsible alcohol service and safe food handling for all events. Key Qualifications Hands-on experience in high-volume bars, private events, brand ambassadorship, and liquor promotions across Austin.
