Jose showed up promptly and worked quickly. There was a misunderstanding but Jose showed up the next day to resolve it. I would hire him again.

May 21, 2014, I hired Rodriguez Carpet Cleaning to remove some sealer/finisher from our kitchen ceramic tile. He come out that morning and did the job and looked to be great. Upon leaving and as the floor dried up I noticed that some spots still showing sealer. I had put quite a few coats of sealer on the floor so can understand why the spots. Called him and explained. He was at another job and told me he would be out later that night a 9pm to fix the issue. Said and Done. Floor looks great and I would hire him back as he kept his word to comeback and redo the job.. very satisfied.

He was able to come the same day! Very professional and examined carpet ahead of time. He was able to get out ink stains another carpet company said they couldnt! Would rehire.
