Mark was amazing!! The food was out of this world, and most importantly he and his son were professional, as well as personable. They did an amazing job cleaning up and just helping make our girls weekend the best it could be. I think one of the most important things is he had no problem what so ever catering to the needs of the group. We had a couple of vegetarians, as well as some gluten free diets. He accommodated those dietary needs with no problem. I can't wait to use him again. It was one of the best catering experiences I have ever had.

Chef Rivas is fantastic! I have worked with him over a number of years and I know I can reliably get high quality service from him and his team. He is incredibly accommodating and my needs have varied from party to party. Tell him what you have in mind and he will do a great job for you!
