Louis was easy to work with. He's responsive, thorough, and kept me well-informed via text and phone. No surprises. Sent comprehensive invoice with photos of before/after (confirmed this before he left property). It's a 4500 sf home...I underestimated the time it would take..he left me know estimated time and sent estimate prior to buying supplies and doing the work. Do yourself a favor and hire him!
