DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATOR
Don't stress, it ruins the day. Our Day-of Wedding Coordinator is actually your MONTH-of Coordinator. This service is INCLUDED in our Platinum Package, but can also be purchased as an a la carte option. You will be provided with a consultation packet, unlimited access to the coordinator during the planning stages, and a full day timeline template that will be custom modified to your vision. The day-of coordinator will be your contact person so that you won't be bombarded and overwhelmed with questions demanding answers, and details requiring attention. They will oversee the specifics of your wedding and shall ensure that those elements are implemented precisely as you have envisioned. The coordinator will confirm all of your vendors in advance to verify with certainty that the contracted services are ready for execution, and will work in close collaboration with the DJ to create a seamless reception. The coordinator shall perform the role as the appointed liaison between you, your guests, and each vendor to deliver a smooth, organized, and stress free day. On your special day, your only responsibility is to enjoy and savor every moment without breaking a sweat.

What is life without memories? A photo booth is the perfect way to capture snaps of everyone enjoying your party... over and over again! Our photo booth utilizes a high resolution Canon DSLR camera, and provides you and your guests with UNLIMITED prints as well as digital copies for quick and simple social media uploads. For the entire duration of your reservation, we will provide a full-time booth attendant, a classy back drop, and all the props needed to cheese your cheeks away! These tangible memories will keep you smiling for a lifetime.
COMPLEMENTARY LAWN GAMES
Let's face it, not everyone loves to dance. For those who fall in that category, or for those who simply need a break from the dance floor, we have a treat for them, too. We offer to bring and set up lawn games (Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, and Giant Connect Four), which are complimentary with our Gold and Platinum Package options. In between the dancing and the photo booth, the lawn games offer another great side entertainment for your guests to enjoy.
The Giant Jenga set is custom personalized with a wood-branding iron to showcase the couple’s last name, first name initials, wedding date, or hashtag, etc. We will provide non-smear metallic sharpies for your guests to sign each block. Think of this keepsake as your non-traditional guest book! The personalized Giant Jenga Set is complimentary with the Gold and Platinum Packages or can be purchased as an A La Carte option.
AUDIO & VISUALS
Included in our services are twelve high quality uplights, which add a classy ambience to any room. No decorations? No problem! These uplights will surely achieve the desired timeless ambience you are looking for. But it doesn’t stop there! We also come equipped with classic dance floor lights to surely set the mood. Also included are two state-of-art speakers, with two amplifying subwoofers, as well as a long distance range wireless microphone for the ultimate audio experience. Our set up is clean and chic with a back-lit DJ facade.
