- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide packages and extra products like engagement photos, drone footage, and live streaming of your wedding. Our packages start at $1,900.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The booking process is all online for your convenience. You'll begin the journey by contacting us. We will then contact you to discuss the services you need, the details of your event, and share with you our options. Once you find what package and products you need, we will email you the official quote. You will click "accept," and our online booking service will walk you through the rest of the process, including contract signing, a questionnaire form, and the online 25% retainer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is in community college majoring in Radio Television and Film. I also have attended an online Cinema Mastery course with a mentor. The rest have been hands-on training.
