Working with Erika was a breeze. I contacted her via Thumbtack, and then via text. She has an opening, showed up on time, took her shoes off at the door without me requesting it, and fixed the garbage disposal in under 30 minutes. Keeping her number on FILE! Thank you so much!

They made it to South Austin the day I called and made it through Austin rush hour! Erica was great and called me when I didn't respond to her thumbtack message which made everything go faster. Her master plumber was awesome too, they installed a sink, fixed bathroom tub leak, and installed a toilet quick as can be with a trip to home Depot in the middle for parts they couldn't identify without seeing for the tub leak. Erica made sure to clean up, and the conversation was great. Will be using Erica's services again when we need them!

Just wanted to Say thank you Erika and her awesome master plumber for coming out to replace our faucets today. Our faucets were pretty old and needed to be given the heave ho. They were prompt, super friendly, and go to work quickly. We had a tricky problem installing the new drain. There was pooling and the water would not settle in properly. The sink is older and is and the new drains are bigger so it was causing an issue. The solution was a razor blade and cutting back around inside of the drain hole to allow the water to drain properly. Problem solved. Could not be happier! Everything looks great now and all seems to be sealed up well. Amazing how a simple upgrade can make things look new again. I have another project coming up and will definitely be reaching out again. Thanks again!

Details: No, I do not need to replace a sink • As recommended by professional • 0 sinks • Separate handles to control hot and cold water • 2 faucets • House
