We recently had a major issue with our clothes dryer when the belt wheel broke. After spending half an hour taking the dryer apart and buying a repair kit online, we spent over ten frustrating hours over several days and after getting help on Reddit, trying to install the new belt—cutting up our hands and even ordering extra repair kits, all to no avail. Nobody we spoke to wanted to touch the job. Then we met Jared through my son. He had never replaced a belt on a W/D. Regardless, Jared gave us a very reasonable up front quote, he came over on a Friday night at a moments notice and, in just 10 minutes, fixed what we couldn’t do in hours/Days. He took a bit longer than he expected reassembling the dryer, but stuck to his quoted price and never tried to overcharge us. Jared’s honesty and integrity really stood out. A week later, when we bought a complicated unassembled trundle bed, we didn’t hesitate to call Jared again, and once more he came through for us. Be the light was quick to respond to my enquiry, gave me several time frames that worked best for my schedule. Arrived on time eager to get started. Was able to set up my bed in no time.
