What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For flooring, we charge a rate per square foot for installation. That rate may vary based on the type of flooring.
Other costs for flooring installation typically include installation of corner round or baseboards, old flooring removal and haul away, and furniture moving. Those fees are optional based on what you can do yourself.
Paint pricing is based on ceiling height, room size, and desired surfaces.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many jobs we can quote via this platform. The better information and pictures you provide, the easier it is for us to quote. We can come on site and do a free estimate as well.
We will provide a written estimate if we do that with exact costs.
Estimates are good for 30 days.
