Many people can call themselves professional photographers just because they bought an expensive DSLR and took some online classes. With over 20 years of experience and lots of time and money spent on self education, workshops, etc ... I want my customers to have ... peace of mind ... yes! I got you covered! A professional photographer is someone who can make the shot regardless of what might be going on, with location, light or even human emotions.
What is the main aspect of my work? I get unique expressions out of people, we create art together, not just a snapshot but an image that will evoque emotions and put a statement.
The thrill of a photo session ... none are the same, I deal with people and not a production line. I love to dedicate time to knowing the person and adapt to the circumstances. Once the session is done I love the post-processing part, for me this is as important as the shoot itself because I consider my work as art, just in the darkroom processing days, a true artist leaves the signature there.

Rodrigo is fantastic. He spent so much time with me making sure the photos were just right. I had my make up and hair done too. Totally worth it. I'm just ecstatic about the results. If you need any photography done, choose Rodrigo, he's the BEST!!

I did a photo session with Rodrigo and had a makeup artist which Rodrigo suggested. It was the best experience I've had with any photographer including my wedding photographer! He made me feel relaxed cause I was nervous in front of the camera. The makeup artist did a wonderful job (I wish I could remember her name!) on my Asian eyes and stayed to help with the session. He has a great eye for what looks best and guided me so he could get the best shot. I could really tell he has a passion for what he does cause he was a perfectionist. I love my pictures

Rodrigo is doing a head shot for me for my business. I haven't had my photo shoot yet but my experience so far has been magnificent. Rodrigo is a true professional and really knows how to educate his clients in all respects on photo shoot prep. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all! But I don't do transactional discussions, I want to talk and meet the person, I don't see my product and services like everything else being offered today in the market. I want my customers to get as much value as much as experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly studying different aspects of photography. On average I spend about an hour each day, just for the purpose of learning new editing techniques, photo styles, business of photography or plain and simple inspiration ... I never stop learning, I cannot, love this way to much to stop.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was meant to be ... when you love something it's only a matter of time until it takes over and you follow your dreams. I want my passion for photography to be contagious, I love teaching it as well as practicing it.
