Such a great first experience today! We were planning on taking the dogs on a long walk during appointment time, but last minute had a meeting and had to stay home while they were here. I was a bit worried about the switch from upstairs/downstairs with the pups but the two ladies were so friendly with them while we transitioned them around the cleaning. Everything also just smells so good! I am usually sensitive to cleaning product smell so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy a mellow scent and also enjoy the thorough clean. My favorite part was how, without prompted, they helped organize. We always struggle with an unorganized pantry and refrigerator, so were so excited to see how they creatively used paper bags to make bins for organizing. Genius! Only feedback is there was still some dog hair on the floors, but cleaning course shepherd hair comes with a learning curve.

They did a move out clean for us and it was amazing! There were a few rust stains on the counter and in the sink I was surprised they were able to remove. It looked brand new! Before the cleaning they were extremely responsive and thorough on explanation of services. 💯💯💯

They were able to come earlier than they suggested which is a huge plus. Didn't take her long at all to knock out a four-bedroom house. And did nice little artwork with a toilet paper and paper towel which I thought was a beautiful touch. 10 out of 10 would recommend

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is negotiable based on frequency. We base our prices on bed, and bathroom count.
Oven, and fridge cleaning may cause upcharge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be asked for personal contact information, this way we can send out reminders for upcoming cleaning visits.
The maid we send out the first time will be your reoccurring cleaner, unless asked otherwise.
Initial price may decrease if customer hires us for regular visits depending on occurrence.
We will send out one of our supervisors if needed before making any other decisions upon hire.
