- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give discounts for biweekly and weekly services. We also can do contracts for summer and winter months. In the event that we come out to service your property as scheduled and we are unable to accommodate, a trip fee will be charged to cover time and gas expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we confirm a date and address, we will service your location and then bill you afterwards. We accept Square(credit cards), checks, cash, CashApp or Venmo.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a family owned and operated business that started out of the growing need for professional lawn care. We aim to please and will make sure to get the job done right the first time.
