- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are confident in our quality of work and customer service. However, if you receive a better offer, please let us know and we'll see if we can match it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with getting to know what your vision is for your project. Please describe what you are looking to do and let us see if we can help. We will need drawings/blueprints, and from there we will create a quote. Once the quote is approved and signed we can take payment to begin the work on the agreed timeline. Finally, with your permission, we will take pictures of the completed work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our senior welding technician has over 15 years of experience in this line of work. He has done multiple home and commercial projects in things like fences, decks, railings, awnings, carports, commerical buildings, frame remodeling, etc.
