- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is all inclusive. The quote is good for all travel and all correspondance that we have. There is not a charge for mileage unless it is over 150 miles. If you are military I do talk with the couple about discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with the couple to find out about what they are wanting in the way of a ceremony. I like to get to know what they are like and what they expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read new laws as marriage laws have been changing. I look at new ways people are doing their ceremonies. I have read up on interfaith marriages and what to look for and how to handle any unexpected problems.
