TK Diagnostic replied to my request immediately and set an appointment for the next day to service my dishwasher. They arrived on time and found out what the problem was right away. They gave me a couple of options to choose from with regard to the repair. They ordered the part I needed, let me know when it would arrive and made an appointment for the part to be installed. Pricing was reasonable. The technician was very friendly and informative, and I will not hesitate to call them again if I need any appliance serviced in the future.

08.08.2025 - TK came and what I thought was wrong, was. It was the springs. Even before he started working he started explaining things and answering all of my questions, before, during and after he repaired my washing machine. Once the work was completed I explained due to the shifting of the apartment bldging, it was not balanced. He balanced it for me - after I explained I had a back injury - he made sure it was balanced. He also told me what the biggest issue was and suggested that if it broke again, to buy another and not to fix again. This is also due in part to the drum being warped. I appreciated his honesty, the short time it took to fix and his patience with all of my questions. If I have to purchase another in the future and need to call someone to repair it, I would definitely call TK Diagnostic & Repair and ask for TK.

Showed us what the problem was with our dryer and explained why it could not be repaired. Cautioned us not to plug the unit back in and try to operate. Fire hazard. Offered recommendations of his actual experience with several different brands, which was very helpful as we shopped for a new dryer. Definately worth the Service Call fee and if/when needed, we will call TK Appliance again !
