I hold a current T.A.B.C. certificate and have been in the bar industry for 13 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in college and waiting tables. I went to a very busy bar as a patron and the owner approached me and asked if I wanted to bar tend. I went into work at the bar 2 days later and the owner said sink or swim then left me alone (not even in the building) for 3 hours. I swam.
