I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I have received from Ray's. I joined the monthly service plan in which I receive both pest control and A/C service, which is beyond essential with the Texas heat. They have also helped with a recent rat infestation in our attic!! I highly recommend you consider using them for your needs!

I had a Drain Fly/Filth Fly infestation that is no more thanks to Jared from Ray's. The customer service was above and beyond. I called them back within the 30 day warranty period because I thought a straggler fly was going to lay eggs. Even though the residual poison would have killed the eggs and remaining flies eventually, Ray's STILL sent someone out and they resprayed the entire area plus some just to be certain and because it was within the 30 days, I was not charged for the 2nd trip. Also, they charged me the exact estimate quoted here on thumbtack which was the cheapest by far. BEST PRICE for the HIGHEST QUALITY SERVICE.

Ray's Emergency Air was hired for a Preventive Maintenance service; they did an excellent job. We will definitely use them again.

My experience with Rays Air & Pest Control was very positive. Beginning with the initial call, he was the first person to contact me the following morning after I placed my information in Thumbtack. During the initial call, the technician was clear and articulate. We set up an appointment for later the same day and he was punctual. While at the house he seemed confident and knowledgeable of what he was doing. Thus far my experience with this company is very positive, no complaints at this time.
