My AC wasn't working. Anything could have been wrong with it. Ray's professional tech came out and ran the system checks. He then cleaned my system and explained to me that my system is protected by a breaker switch that cuts power when the air intake outside is clogged. That was all it took! All he charged was for coming out to check the system. Ray's motto is: "Honesty above Reproach". Beyond a doubt! 10 stars from me.

When it became clear that my a/c was not cooling my home, it was Sunday! Nevertheless, Ray's had someone come to my house that evening and worked out a financing plan I could afford. The next day, Monday morning, Ray's technicians arrived at 9:15 a.m. and installed a Trane HVAC system. I am very happy with the unit; it's quiet and extremely efficient. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Jared came out earlier than the scheduled appointment time (which was great) and was very thorough. He recognized our termite problem and gave us his recommendation. We scheduled an appointment for later that week. He was running behind for our next appointment, but kept me updated the entire time. Upon arrival he was in uniform and very respectful. We were so impressed with him that we even set up quarterly pest control services.

Technician showed up on time, where very efficient and neat in thier work. Awesome install we love our mini-split a/c system...quoted for hauer, but when company didnt have one, we were upgraded to mitsubushi...no extra charge...will definitely recommemnd them...
