- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate pricing meaning we do not charge by the hour. We have a flat rate for the job. We offer military, first responders and senior citizen discounts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Josh’s grandfather started the company in 1986 and at 14 started working with him to learn the trade and has been doing ac since then.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don’t go for the lowest price. Cheap isn’t always best. Look at their google reviews, length of time in business, what they are doing for the price compared to others, do they have insurance etc
