The team installed a new brand brw system in Aug. The initial diagnosis went fast and smooth but the installation was delayed by one dat and then the crew did not show up in time. They could not complete because the lacked some tools to install the compressor but fortunately i had some tools to improvise. It went into late night. I did not inspect the unit in the attic.
Now is December and the furnace unit is making a big noise like a kitchen sink grinder I left messages but it is Sun. I checked the unit in the attic. The installation details suck. The filter door cannot be closed and the side panel fell off when i touched it. The box side sheet metal is bent a bit and it does not fit. They left the trash in the attic after the install. I see they left a controller box open with the circuit board accessible. have warranty also on the labor and i am curious if they can fix it. If you use them check thoroughly the completed work. I am very dissatisfied and regret using this outfit.
