We scheduled for her to come at 1pm. Booked and confirmed the cleaning a week prior. I texted her two hours before and she didn’t respond. I texted and called multiple times and she texted at 1:30pm saying she was stuck in traffic. At 3:00pm I called and texted her and she didn’t answer. She stood me up! I would not recommend this unprofessional service!
