I had Tim and Devon come out to install an Ethernet jack in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. We offer no hassle free consultation before any work is done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Unless you know exactly what you want done to your device, we always start with a diagnostic. We offer a FREE diagnostic. Once we have an understanding of the issue/s we will give you a quote over the phone followed by some form of a written quote (email or text, it’s your preference!).
At that point if it looks good to you we will take 50% of the payment up front, and 50% upon delivery.
It’s that easy!
