We offer no hassle free consultation before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Unless you know exactly what you want done to your device, we always start with a diagnostic. We offer a FREE diagnostic. Once we have an understanding of the issue/s we will give you a quote over the phone followed by some form of a written quote (email or text, it’s your preference!). At that point if it looks good to you we will take 50% of the payment up front, and 50% upon delivery. It’s that easy!
