- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Repair costs vary on case by case basis due to details of repair. Repairs can vary from $500+ depending on the job. New builds or add on work also depends on job type, material type, and size of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact for description of project, then we can exchange photos for very small projects, or site visit is next step. We meet in person on-site then I send email a detailed proposal usually within a day or 2.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been involved with construction repairs and builds for over 25 years. Started as termite damage/ dry-rot repair crewman then incorporated other trades such as roofing, mold and water damage restoration and all build back construction, then estimating and construction sales. Worked in commercial construction as a Project manager for large projects. Degree in Fire Science which incorporates all aspects of construction and building safety.
