Gustavo was quick to respond. He was flexible with scheduling. He was also very professional and handled the projects with care. Our ceiling in a small bathroom had collapsed. His quote was equivalent to other contractors in the area. We would use him again. Thank you!

I hired Gustavo and his team to do an exterior restoration of my 100 year old house. It had vinyl siding, with the original exterior wood underneath. The project consisted of removing the vinyl, redoing the porch, and sanding, repairing, and restoring all of the original siding, along with repairing and restoring 100 year old glazing. I was extremely nervous to get this job done, and I was extremely particular with the work. The job took a bit longer than was estimated, but the job was done correctly and I am happy with the final product. I recommended that Gustavo put his sign in our front yard so that people knew who completed the work. And in the past week I’ve had at least 10 pedestrians take pictures of his contact information and I’m excited to see them restore more craftsman homes in the area. If you’re looking for a contractor to take their time to get the job done correctly no matter how long it takes, I recommend hiring Gustavo Paiva Remodeling. If you don’t believe me, see the pictures of the before and after and judge for yourself.

Gus did an absolutely fantastic job with multiple repairs including ceiling texture on about a third of the garage ceiling. Everything looks as new. Highly recommended!
