- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hair extensions are priced upon consultation. There is no way to give a price right off the bat because there is quite a bit of information that needs to be gathered in order to give you the best results possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly seek education. If there is a class that's offered close by, I'm there. I am on every special hairdresser forum there is. The best source of education for me is through talking to other stylists. Other people's experiences are a really good way to be prepared and stay in the know.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common is hair extensions and color. I currently have quite a few hair repair clients from other stylists pushing the hair beyond its limit.
