- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always set a maximum so that regardless of spent time, customers are never overcharged. I do any necessary follow-on touch ups free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I check the work that needs to be done and explain exactly how I would do it. If there is an element that requires a different specialist, I do not start it or charge any money. I follow up and happily do any necessary touch ups free of charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked with construction of my own house and completed various on-site training on multiple areas.
