- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general my bids are 25% to 40% less than what you would expect from an established business that specializes in a particular area. It primarily is dependent upon the amount of time needed to complete the job. You can however expect the same professional outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Varies from customer to customer. It is heavily dependant upon what they are most comfortable with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience and constant research on best practices are the primary ingredients to my success to date.
