Great experience with Zachary! He repaired some broken floor tiles and installed new tile trim in my bathroom. He does great work and is really flexible, for a great value. Highly recommend.

Zach is amazing!! He did repair work for our shower tile & backsplash and installed new base boards. He went above & beyond! Even moved our furniture back for us. He did not have to do that because the furniture had been moved by another contractor. He offered to do it! Gave us great advice & you can tell he cares about his work & his client!! You can't go wrong with using him! I'm retired Realtor & I will make sure all of my realtor peeps knows about him.

I hired Zach to install laminate flooring, baseboards and crown molding in my den and two bedrooms (about 900 sq ft). Zach was a pleasure to work with. He delivered exactly what he promised at a fair and reasonable price. The quality work was performed over a year ago and looks the same as the day it was installed. He was also very helpful in our choice of materials. I would hire Zach again and highly recommend him.

Zachary installed a beautiful tile backsplash in our kitchen. He genuinely cares about craftsmanship and is incredibly detail oriented. He’s also very knowledgeable and kind. I will be hiring him again for a couple of other tile and trim projects in my house. I highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is all unique on a job to job bases. I can give a general price based on pictures, but I need to see the job in person for final numbers. Pricing is affected by tear out, proper substrate preparation, tile size and materials, and a few other factors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on size and scope, I usually like to see the area in person to make sure I get the full scope of work to provide the most accurate quote possible. Some smaller jobs I can usually tell just by pictures of the area and the type of tile or molding being used. I can usually give a ball park price based on those pictures, but all final quotes have to be done with a site inspection to make sure the scope of work is clear for everybody.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in hard surface flooring and carpet inspections IFCII #387. I also continue to go to classes and training sessions through local tiling stores who work with NTCA, Schluter, Wedi and many other vendors/organizations to make sure I stay up to date on all installation processes necessary to provide a great installation. I am currently working on the CTEF Certified Tile Installer program.
