I hired Ardy to take headshots of me and he did a great job. His response time to my initial request and any follow-up questions I had was very fast. He arrived right on time and completely prepared for our appointment. I appreciated the fact that he did not rush through the process and took time to get the shots right. He sent the photos for my review quickly and was happy to make a few touch-ups when I requested them. I feel like I got a great value for my new photos.

I was in need of a photographer for my 2nd daughters first Christmas pictures and wasnt having any luck. I was searching everywhere and couldnt find anything and then Ardy Productions came up and I texted the phone number they had an opening! I was thrilled! Ardy was very punctual, friendly and greet with my kids, and my dog. Pictures came out great! And I cant wait for my photo session with Ardy Productions.

Ardy has photographed 3 different events for me. He made us feel so comfortable and they were such wonderful experiences. His prices are excellent and the quality is outstanding. He is a patient, genuinely nice and accommodating guy who was very on time. All in one we couldnt have asked for a better photographer.

I was reluctant to post a review online, which is why I'm only doing so now a few weeks after the fact. Long story short, in my opinion an overall poor "experience" and different from other more positively charged sessions I've experienced in the past. This felt very hurried/detached (delayed to my appointment and rushing off to another one, etc). One of the results of the session was being sent a bunch of useless photos instead of two or three (or even just ONE) "rock solid" for longer-term use. Additionally, I felt the photographer's website and "essence" didn't come close to my experience in our hourlong session. This was truly indicative of the adage of how you sometimes get what you pay for. My preference would have been to have spent an additional few dollars for a few more minutes. Other issues as well but not worth getting into in this post. My regret is I didn't request sit down/edit suggestions with the photographer (as I've received very professionally in the past) prior to paying cash. I am currently using one of the photos on LinkedIn but, given my unhappiness with the so-called "experience" will actively seek a new photographer shortly for an updated photo/session. REVIEW UPDATE - While everything I'd previously stated in my original review remains unchanged, I initially gave this photographer 2 stars but updated to 3, for the simple fact that he followed up with me after I wrote this in an attempt to make the situation "right" by offering a new session free of charge. I passed on the offer as I have no interest in another session and instead am seeking another photographer, but appreciate the follow-up. With that, I consider this issue/review closed.
