- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a customer for the first time we will start with a brief conversation to better understand their needs and the best way to help them. We will then move on to conduct the actual Reiki session and finish with a brief review of what was experienced during the session.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I discovered Reiki during a very difficult time in my life in which I was experiencing a lot of anxiety that caused me to have frequent panic attacks. I was desperate for relief. My doctor prescribed me anxiety medication which definitely helped; however I felt it did not address the underline issue since the panic attacks continued to show up. It was then when I began my research to find another option to address the root cause and came across Reiki. Upon reading about it I requested an appointment from a Reiki practitioner. To be honest I was really skeptical since I wasn’t sure how it worked. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the first Reiki session, but as soon as it began I felt the peaceful and comforting energy that the Reiki Practitioner transmitted. As the session continued, each time the practitioner moved to a new spot, I could feel the energy flowing to that spot. It was a very peaceful and relieving experience. I then continued to schedule Reiki sessions, incorporated Reiki into my daily life and decided to study it in order to help others receive the same benefits I continue to receive from it. I am now a certified Reiki practitioner happy to help others experience this great healing modality.
