have used Marina's for 4 yrs and could not live without her in my life! It's so nice to have someone I can trust to show up on time and do a thorough job, each and every time. She's flexible when I need to reschedule or fit in an extra cleaning before or after a party. Also, she loves animals and my dogs can't wait to see her each week. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my house and my pups!

Hi Umer, was this review an accident ? We have not serviced you for you to state bad service,so we are unsure what this review is about. If this was an accident then you can report it to Thumbtack’s customer service, so it can be removed. Sorry if you were unsatisfied with our quote or prices. We are definitely not a fraud, we have been in the industry for 7+ years and are fully licensed and insured. Thumbtack provides an proximate price but we have to give a more detailed quoted once the home specs have been provided. Your home is very large and we just can’t service it with the proposed amount. However thank you for reaching out to us. We hope you find another service provider that fits your budget.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. They sent one person to dust/clean the house (10-11 blinds, 1 ledge, 5 pieces of furniture and to sweep and mop the floor, bathroom). They said it would take 3 hours. I was not home at the time of the cleaning. When I returned after 3 hours, I trusted that the specialist cleaned all that was mentioned and even tipped her before she left. After being in the home, our socks were filthy (house renovation) within 15 minutes. The specialist hadn't cleaned the ledge nor the furniture thoroughly, there was dust on the sides of the furniture, just wiped the top. The mopping was done so sloppy. I had to call another person to come clean the next day- and they showed up with 4 people and charged way less!! Under 100$. They pointed out to me that the blinds are not clean which was suppose to be done by Marinas. So that's when I realized how terribly the job was done and complained and even sent photos. They apologized and said the best thing they can do is resend the same specialist to redo whatever wasn't done. I already mentioned to them and even sent photos of the 4 people that came to re do all the cleaning. They did resend their specialist to mop our floor again. 2nd time you can tell it was actually mopped. Overall, if you are considering of getting your house thoroughly cleaned I would say there are other cheaper and better options. And they send more specialist! Marinas just sent 1 person, 3 hours, and way over priced.

When a customer is not happy, we always send our services providers back out to ensure completely satisfaction from our client at absolutely no additional fee as it should had done right he first time. Our customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we live by it. You said you appreciated our service and our provided did good, but she missed a blind and you would like her to redo the floor which we scheduled her to go back and ensure your satisfaction the following day. We are sorry you hired somebody else to do the job before the arrival of our specialist. Our specialist redid what was asked of her and our owner personally called to ensure you were happy with the work before the specialist left. We refunded the tip that was given as an apology for the inconvenience and offered apologies multiple times ensuring the service provider would make it right for you. Sorry it wasn’t done right the first time. We tried our best effort to remedy the situation and at the end we delivered. We are sorry for the experience, we never had somebody hired another provider before giving us a chance to make it right to them. Thank you and God bless.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a myriad of cleaning services and every service ranges in price based on the square footage and current condition of the property. Thumbtack will provide our leads with an approximate price based on number of beds and baths, but we will provide a more detailed quote once we are provided with the properties’ square footage and specs. We service both residential and commercial properties for one time cleaning and recurring cleanings. We offer discounts for recurring clients ! We offer 5% off monthly recurring, 10% off biweekly recurring, and 15% for weekly recurring services !!
