Dylan demonstrates great professionalism in his work, is punctual, keeps communication steady, and shows respect and commitment. Three of us neighbors arranged to have our fence pressure washed and stained, and he provided a very reasonable quote. Our fence is 14 years old, and he recommended using a double coat of Semi Transparent Stain because a single coat was too light. We also plan to hire him for more painting projects. I wish the best for this young man and his friend Chase.
