Three of us neighbors arranged to have our fence pressure washed and stained, and he provided a very reasonable quote.
Our fence is 14 years old, and he recommended using a double coat of Semi Transparent Stain because a single coat was too light.
We also plan to hire him for more painting projects. I wish the best for this young man and his friend Chase.

HOA came back with feedback saying that the job was not complete.
Reached out multiple times via phone (voicemails), Thumbtack, DMs, with the feedback of the HOA, and the fact that they had started to fine me, with no response from the company owner.
Given the after-job service, I would not recommend it.
Upgrading the rating to reflect my recent experience. The company owner reached out (Thumbtack support helped a lot). They had some stuff going on at the company, and the owner was away, which is why I was getting stonewalled.
The company owner has since revisited the work that was done and provided recommendations (about the chimney needing some repairs) and helped me find someone to repair it.
