Fransico helped us to repair bathroom tiles and tubs and when other contractors said we would need to remodel. He explained the jobs in detail and take time to explain to us when we have questions. His team were very nice and show up on time, do the job, keep other area clean and make sure everything is good before he left. I will definitely work with Francisco for other future projects!!

I engaged Francisco and the team for an extensive remodel project, whole-house painting, texture removal, french door installation, fireplace tile installation, and two-bathroom remodeling. From the start, he provided a no-nonsense estimate, signed a contract, and got going as agreed. He is also flexible to add/remove/update the scope of work after deciding on the spot estimates for the revision. The job took about a month to complete. At times the team was working 7-day work weeks. Very satisfied with the work product and approach. I will work with him and the team again. 👍👍 One area that can be made even better is the work sequencing when dealing with large projects.
